Project description:

The project aims to increase digital financial literacy among senior citizens, helping them to navigate online banking, digital transactions, and manage their finances safely and effectively. Digital financial literacy includes as well understanding how to recognize and avoid online scams; thus, the project contributes to protecting seniors from becoming victims of financial fraud in the digital age. By learning about AI and AI-supported customer services, senior citizens enhance their abilities to use digital financial services safely.

The project objectives are:

  • to produce a flexible learning space supported by AI searching algorithms to develop and assess the digital financial literacy of senior citizens.
  • to develop the capacity of adult educators to facilitate the training of senior citizens.
  • to offer senior citizens training on digital financial literacy using a developed flexible learning space.
